Below, you will be able to glimpse into my experience as a fieldwork intern within the office of residential education at USC. During this fieldwork assignment I was able to research existing leadership opportunities for students, a 1 on 1 programming model, motivational interviewing regarding conduct, and much more. This experience provided me the tools to intertwine my academic coursework and previous undergraduate experience within residential life to develop documents regarding organization structure and programming options.
